Hiking Kungsleden from Ammarnäs to Hemavan in Sweden (encountering reindeer stampede!)

Hiking Kungsleden in Sweden from Ammarnäs to Hemavan, including an encounter with the largest wild reindeer herd I have ever seen.

The 80km route is one of the renowned 12 signature trails of Sweden as well as part of one of Europes most renowned hiking trails called Kungsleden (Kings Trail). The distance is split into 6 sections crossing the Vindelfjällen nature reserve between Ammarnäs, Aigert, Serve, Tärnasjö, Syter and Hemavan.
