🇹🇭 What We Learned from a Week of Silent Meditation l Chiang Mai Ep 03

I did one week of silent meditation in Wat Ram Poeng Temple in Chiang Mai with my friend Eunsun, for the first time in my life and it was a meaningful experience for me I felt lucky to experience it and gave myself time to nurture and grow.
Eunsun and I both realized valuable life lessons.

During one week of practice, all electronic devices are submitted to the temple so that we don't use them, so all shots I filmed in the temple were on the last day of Buddha Day.
