Matcha mascarpone cream
1 cup mascarpone cheese
3/4 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp Matcha.com matcha powder
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

Edible soil
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 ground almonds
1/8 cup plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp matcha powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Matcha syrup
ladyfingers
2 tsp matcha powder
3 tsp sugar
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup milk

— Cut ladyfingers in half and dip them in the matcha for 3 seconds then place at the bottom of the plant pot.
— Put the chilled matcha mascarpone cream on top of the ladyfingers. Repeat with one or two more layers.
— Add the edible soil on top of the cream then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
— Decorate with some fruits or flowers, and enjoy!
