CSPA: HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR CHILD'S AGE (PART 1)

The Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) provides age out protection for certain children beyond their 21st birthday, allowing them to be processed for a visa as though they were still under 21 years of age.

The law can be very confusing and complex, and there are strict requirements that must be met. In this two-part video, I will explain: (a) how to calculate the child’s age; and (b) how to “seek to acquire” a visa.
