The first DCSU Star is emerging! | CFB25 DCSU White Tigers Dynasty Episode 2 | Y1: Games 1-3

We are going into the season against an FCS team and two rivals! We also take a look at the recruiting board...

If you don't know what this series is about: I created the Washington DC State University and we're gonna do a (what I call) "pipeline dynasty", but it doesn't have anything to do with the pipelines in the game! Here are the rules:

1. Washington DC is it's own state.
2. I can only recruit in pipeline states and states bordering those. A pipeline state is a state from which there are at least 10 players on the team.
3. Once a pipeline in a new state is established, I can start to recruit from every bordering state.
4. In case I lose a pipeline state (aka less than ten players out of that state on the team) I lose every pipeline state, that is then disconnected from Washington DC.

To start, we have to establish a pipeline state in Washington DC (aka recruiting players with hometown "Washington, Maryland"). Once DC is established, I can start recruiting the bordering states Maryland and Virginia. Let's say I get ten players from Maryland (ten non-DC players from Maryland to be precise), I can then start recruiting in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Let's say a bunch of players from Maryland graduate and I didn't have the foresight to replace them, losing Maryland as a pipeline state in the process, I then lose my recruiting privileges in DE, PA and WV, because they are now disconnected from Washington DC.
