FULL MODIFIED RECIPE!
Ingredients
1 bag of rice noodles, or stir fry noodles
1-2 blocks of firm tofu
1 bok choy
1 bunch of green onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of carrots
1 stick of celery
1 fresh pepper
1 (8 oz) of baby bella mushrooms
2 tbsp of canola oil to saute veggies
Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, all spice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white miso to taste
12 cups of cold water

To make marinade for tofu
Olive oil
Smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Boil your noodles according to instructions.

Cut all your veggies into a small pieces. Pour in oil in your baking pan and let it warm up. Add mushrooms with it and allow water to evaporate before adding other ingredients. Throw all other veggies in your pan and saute until soft. Add water and liquid from your tofu. Bring to a boil and simmer for another 20 minutes. Separate veggies from soup and save them for later.

Prepare tofu-drain water from tofu( you can save it and add with the vegetable mixture if you want).
Slice tofu and then cut it into a small cubes. Place your cubes in a container and add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oil with it. Toss it to distribute your ingredients evenly over tofu. Place your tofu on a baking pan and spread it all over the pan. Put in the 400 F preheated oven and baked until crispy. It took only 25 minutes to bake them.

Prepare a bowl and pour in soup in it. Add veggies, pasta, and tofu with it. you can also serve it with vegan dumplings.
