Scone Palace is the seat of the Earl of Mansfield and famous as an early home of the 'Stone of Destiny' - and the crowning place of Scotland's ancient kings.
It was taken from here in 1306 to Westminster Abbey and the present Queen was crowned on it in 1953 after it had been stolen and taken back to Scotland and then duly returned in 1950.
The stone is currently in the Crown room at Edinburgh Castle.
