Fencing To The Top with Natalie Vie | Breaking Glass

Natalie Vie is the first Latina fencer to represent the United States in the Pan American Games, and she's currently training for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

Fencing has been a historically exclusive sport where women and Latinxs weren't always allowed to train at the same facilities as everybody else. Natalie Vie is part of a new generation who are changing that narrative and proving that women can fight. She is ranked in the top 100 in the world, and fences on the FIE Women’s Epee World Circuit for Team USA.
