The Best fitness tracker for women in crossfit in my opinion is the whoop 4.0 and with this new update there isn't anything out there that can compare because i haven't seen this technology in fitbit, apple watches or garmin. Its so cool that companies are now listening and realising that womens bodies function differently and that we have to train differently to cope with fluctuating female hormones.
