놀라우신 주의 은총. 나같이 가엾은 사람을 구해주신 소리, 이 얼마나 감미로운가요.

I once was lost but now am found, was blind, but now I see.
나 한때 길을 잃었지만 이제 찾게 되었고, 한때 눈이 멀었지만 이제 보입니다.

T'was grace that taught my heart to fear and grace my fears relieved.
그건 나의 마음이 두려워하도록 가르쳤고 나의 두려움이 덜어지도록 한 은총입니다.

​How precious did that grace appear the hour I first believed.
내가 처음 믿었을 그 때에 보여진 그 은총이 얼마나 소중했는데요.

​Through many dangers, toils and snares we have already come.
우리는 이미 수많은 위험과 역경들, 그리고 유혹들을 지나 왔습니다.
