The of an arid, dry land, filled with obstacles;  a group of folks who unfailingly stuck to their dream and vision of renewing and rebuilding their land in the midst of a terrible post-war poverty;  a story of courage and community.  These are all elements that define Brunello di Montalcino, lending it an air of miraculous rejuventation.  We like to call it the Miracle of Montalcino, and together with renowned journalist Filippo Bartolotta, we're about the bring you on an exploration of just how this miracle was accomplished.  Together with the Consorzio del Brunello di Montalcino, together we'll explore the local history and lore across six episodes of Montalcino adventures.  
Let's kick off our journey with the first installment of our weekly series, "The Oasis," an episode exploring the borders of Montalcino's oasis to learn more about what makes this land so unique.
