INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/3 Cup Ghee
1 Cup Besan / Gram Flour
Cook In Low Heat
Keep Stirring
Roast For 8-10 Min.
Ghee Will Start To Release
Keep Aside
½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Water
Let It Boil
Boil For 2 Min.
¼ Cup Milk Powder
Mix Well
2 Drops Orange Food Color
Add Roasted Besan
Mix Well
2 Tbsp Milk
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
6 Inch Mould
Grease Oil
Place a Baking Paper
Pour
Spread Well
Keep Aside For 1 Hour
Cut Into Pieces
