THE BEST WELLNESS RETREAT IN THE WORLD!! VIVAMAYR

We decided to start our journey with an early light dinner and sleeping like babys in one of the best wellness spas in the world, Vivamayr. The next morning, they did a whole study of our body and they customised a unique program for us! It was amazing!!

VIVAMAYR is the go-to health retreat of some for the most well-known faces in the world, with everyone from celebs (think Kate Moss and Elizabeth Hurley), to make-up artists including Lisa Eldridge and Pat McGrath, to artists and rock stars like Tracey Emin and The Rolling Stones frequenting both branches in Austria.

The experience was incredible. It was a bit hard in the beginning because of the small amount of food but as soon as you are on it , your body gets used to it and you don't need more food.

The best feeling is after the first week ( They recommend to do at least 2 weeks ) when you start feeling so much lighter and healthier... best feeling and 100% recommendable!
