For most of us in society we have come across very dramatic personalities and either survived it or became engulfed in it.

Believe it or not, histrionic personalities may have a history steeped in trauma or an emotionally detached set of parents. Despite these issues, it is often difficult, unhealthy, and maybe even impossible to cope with the theatrics often associated with this personality type.

In this video, I provide a review of common behaviors and traits of those with histrionic traits and ways to manage them in your life.
