Ingredients
2 tortillas
4 eggs
⅛ cup heavy whipping cream
6 slices of salami
¼ cup spinach
¼ cup of cheese
2 tbs salsa
2 tbs sour cream
1 jalapeno

To a bowl add heavy whipping cream and eggs to mix. Place in a skillet over medium high heat to scramble the eggs to your liking. In another pan add the salami and cook for 1-2 minutes until brown and crispy. remove and pat dry. Take out a tortilla and cut half way down the middle you can either add it to a pan to crisp up the tortilla or place it in the microwave top with cheese on ¼ of the tortilla to melt. start layering the tortilla with adding different ingredients to each ¼ section. Place anything that may fall out toward the bottom away from the cut section. Fold the tortilla over itself and enjoy.
