On today's episode @Moneymalistic we had the opportunity to interview Mandi. A current domestic engineer with over 30 years of experience in the medical field as a nurse. Mandi shared with us how having a mortgage, a car payment, student loans from undergraduate school and credit card debt were an eye opener for her. She faced a difficult situation where she had to enter a survival mode in order to escape. Mandi was able to fix all of this in just six months. Years later she would try to get a house again, but this time it would be with a multifamily property, where she would be collecting rent. She became so proficient that at one point she had nine rental properties bringing in passive income in a monthly basis. Mandi has been exceptionally disciplined with her money. She has been able to retire before the age of 50 and is currently pursuing other avenues including acting.
