Watercolor Circle Flow Technique LIVE

In this LIVE we will create a background for a layout and a card using a watercolor circle technique with Distress Ink, Distress Oxide Ink and VICKI BOUTIN Cosmic Watercolor for some sparkle! The watercolor pigments will flow into each painted circle and create a beautiful abstract masterpiece! Then Vicki will create a Scrapbook page and card with Her Discover + Create Collection!
