I’ve been creating Asian recipes on TikTok and Instagram for a while now… but this is my first YouTube video!!

I wanted to take you through a full day of food where I just cook the meals I was craving: pancakes with strawberries and banana, a super tasty teriyaki chicken bowl, and my go-to chicken chow fun.

It’s a mostly quiet, ASMR-style vlog with real kitchen / cooking sounds, soft music, and some commentary moments at the end while I eat. No talking tutorials just simple, satisfying cooking from my kitchen. Hope this brings you a little calm or cooking inspo today 🫶

✨ Recipes in this video:
• Pancakes with banana + strawberry
1/2 cup pancake mix
1 cup water
5 strawberries
1 banana
As much syrup as you want!

1. Mix pancake mix and water until smooth.
2. Cook on a lightly oiled pan until golden, flip and repeat.
3. Slice strawberries and banana.
4. Stack pancakes, top with fruit, drizzle syrup.

• Teriyaki chicken rice bowl
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken thigh
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp grated ginger

1. Mix soy sauces, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
2. Place chicken thighs in and marinate for 15 min.
3. Cook chicken in a pan until browned and glazed.
4. Serve over rice with extra sauce.
