TODAY'S RECIPE IS Orange Semolina Cake Recipe | Orange Suji Cake | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Suji 1 cup
One orange
Collect Orange zest
Squeeze the juice
Mix well
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Mix well
Rest for 10 mins
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Orange flavor
Orange color
Mix well
7 inch mould
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Nuts on top
Place the mould in a preheated pan
Cook it on medium flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
