Michael Breed shows you how the lower body works in the golf swing. This season on the PGA Tour, Rickie Fowler has been making a nice comeback with his ball striking. His coach, Butch Harmon spoke to me about the lower body action they have been working on. By increasing Rickie’s hip rotation in the backswing, the swing plane has changed dramatically.

When you know how to properly rotate your hips, you can improve your swing plane as well. You can also affect your club head speed, the swing path, the low point, and more. Michael will explain to you how the lower body works properly, and the effect it will have on your game!
