I have 3 of the Jason Wu lip treatments, so I thought I’d compare them side-by-side, give you a little 3-for-1 special for today’s #Lipmas feature. I’m going to start with the one that feels the most lightweight and then work my way up.

So I’ll start with the soft balm lip balm. This is $10 and there’s 3 shades. I have the shade Apricot, #2, and this one, you have to be careful not to squeeze too much because you only need the littlest bit. This one feels the most like a traditional lip oil to me.

It doesn’t smell or taste like anything, which is great, but it does not last very long. If I’m wearing this, I do have to reapply it multiple times throughout the day. But if you like lip oils, I like you would like this one the best.

Next up is the Goodnight Mr. Wu. This is a potted lip balm. This one retails for $15 and you get 16 grams, so you’re getting a ton of product in there. And it looks like it’s going to be pink, but it’s clear on the lips. This one has just the slightest minty scent, but it doesn’t feel like that on the lips.

Not the thickest lip mask I’ve worn in my life, but still really great. I’m definitely going to be keeping this by my bedside table.

That one only comes in 1 shade as well. Same with the one that I surprisingly, is the thickest to me, and that’s the everyday lip mask. This retails for $12, only comes in 1 shade. And I really thought that the pot would be the thickest feeling one but it’s actually this one.

It has a very slight mint taste to it, and it does feel a little minty, but it goes away really quickly. I don’t like strong, minty lip products, and this is fine for me, like it’s very subtle.

I would say my favorite is the everyday lip mask. I do prefer this method of application, I think it’s just easiest, versus having to worry about squeezing out too much with the tube, or having to dip my finger into a pot. I also just really love how velvety this feels, and it just feels very nourishing.

Definitely these 2 are my top faves, but if you’re a lip oil person, I think you would like this one the best. I hope this review was helpful, and I will see you tomorrow for my next Lipmas feature.
