Pantera - Domination Full Guitar Cover

Ciao ragazzi, oggi voglio pubblicare una delle mie canzoni preferite dei Pantera: Domination! Non riesco nemmeno a descrivere l’emozione che ho provato nel momento in cui l’ho finita di registrare. Domination è stata una delle canzoni che ho sempre sognato di suonare da quando ho scoperto il mondo del metal. Oggi sono molto felice di portare la mia versione, non sarà precisa, non sarà eseguita al meglio ma ci ho messo cuore e passione. Non mi sono divertita soltanto a suonarla, quanto a registrarla. La ricerca del suono non è stata facile per niente, ma alla fine con un po’ di esperimenti, tanta pazienza e costanza eccoci qui. Come strumentazione ho usato un vecchio Randall Rg50 del 1987, cassa 2x12 Marshall 1922 e un PG58 per registrare il tutto; come effetti ho usato l’EQ MXR, Pitch Box Moder, e Delay BOSS. Ok, tutto molto casalingo, ma il bello è stato proprio sperimentare attraverso StudioOne. La base di batteria e basso invece le ho trovate già prodotte, ma spero di imparare a realizzare anche quelle. Insomma, morale della favola, ho scoperto questa mia grande passione nella registrazione che spero di approfondire molto presto. Non mi dilungherò di più, vi auguro quindi un buon ascolto \m/.

Hi guys. Today I want to upload one of my favourites song from Pantera: Domination! I can't even describe how I felt when I finished recording it. Domination is one of the songs I've always dreamed to play since I got into the metal world. Today, I'm really happy to bring my version, it may not be precise, it may not be played at it's best, but I put my heart and passion into it. I didn't only have fun playing it, but recording it too. The research for the right tone wasn't easy at all, but eventually after a few experiments and with a lot of patience and resolution, here we are! As rig I used an old 1987 Randall Rg50, a 1922 Marshall 2x12 cab and a PG58; on the effects side we have the MXR EQ, Pitch Box Moder and a BOSS Delay. Ok, all very "home-made", but the cool part was experimentig with StudioOne. I found some pre-recorded drums and bass tracks, but I hope one day I will be able to create them on my own as well. Anyway, I discovered this great love for recording that I hope to develop really soon. Enough talking, enjoy! \m/
