Existence and Uniqueness - Dynamical Systems | Lecture 4

Описание к видео Existence and Uniqueness - Dynamical Systems | Lecture 4

We recall the standard ordinary differential equations existence and uniqueness theorem to understand its ramifications for our geometric perspective. In particular, we demonstrate when the geometric perspective could be misleading and what information it might be hiding from us. However, the existence and uniqueness theorem is relatively easy to satisfy, meaning that the geometric perspective can be trusted and applied to most systems encountered in physics, engineering, and the other applied sciences.
