What an incredible day…blue skies, 16 degrees, and the magic of autumn all around us. 🍂

Thank you to everyone who joined Sharon @sharonconway7181 @wellbeingminduk and I, Cori @koaedinburgh for this beautiful journey of connection and care. We were 20 powerful beings and what energy was shared! You showed up for yourself today, and we felt every moment of it. 🌿
