This is due to a lack of 240v electrical supply to the van when trying to run the boiler on the EL setting. Check the orange electric hook up is connected properly at the post and into the van. The electric symbol should show on the other control panel. You can confirm you have 240v by turning on the microwave. Double check the trip switch on the electric post hasn't flipped off and check the trip switches and fuses in the fuse box (under the seat).
