Below is a list of the fasts that I mention. Please remember to break long water fast or dry fast a light meal such as a salad or something like the texture of a banana. Avoid eating bread after a dry fast and water fast.
Level 1 fast… Fast till noon every day… water only
Level 2 fast… Fast till 2 PM every Day… only water
Level 3 fast…..fast till 3 Pm every day… Only water
Level 4 Fast…. Fast till 3 pm every day… Only water… (Eat within a time Window 3-6 pm of the window of your choice)
Level 5 Fast till 6 O’clock water only
Level 6 Fast till 9 pm Water Only
Level 7 (3 days) water only
Level 8 (7 days ) + Water Only (Remember to break the fast with light meals)
Level 9 21+ Day Breaking Daily
Level 10 (3 day dry) (Remember to break the fast with light meals)
Level 11 (7 day dry) (Remember to break the fast with light meals)
Level 12 a 40 day + Fast Breaking the fast daily
