I’m uploading this video for future reference, since I don’t know the solution as of now.

This is a 2018 Aquarest 120V spa, model EZS-UHS-BB.

The light was intermittently flashing with a clicking noise. Today it is consistently flashing. I also see “56” briefly on the display. And it seems to reset to the default 100.

The pump and temperature appear to be okay. The filter is removed for troubleshooting.

Also, it may be unrelated, but I will get the "OH" (overheat) code when:
1) It is hot outside (80F+) and in direct sunlight.
2) Temperature set to 99F+
This has always occurred, though. Once it is cooler, I can set it to the max (104).
