Boya BY-PVM 1000 Condenser Shotgun Microphone Unboxing and Review . This awesome microphone sells for around $ 80 US and is available everywhere .It has tons of uses . It is a great budget mic for those wanting to upgrade there audio in there videos or podcasts. Whether your just doing voice overs or making music videos this mic will improve your audio performance . It comes with everything you need . ( except the battery) it can be used on a professional grade sound mixer or on any DSLR or camera with standard 1/8 Stereo TRS jack. because it has is own " Phantom Power " with the on board battery. To use it with a smart phone you will need to purchase a TRS to TRRS adapter $ 5 . I hope this review helps anyone thinking of this particular microphone or just someone who wants to up there game without spending hundreds of dollars . The Rode NTG 4 equivalent is $430 US . The sound tests were done on a Canon 7D mark 2 DSLR .
Depending on your playback device ... you may not here much of a difference in the sound tests . but you can here the difference very good with high end audio speakers .
