The Richard Monroe estate auction located near Pennville, IN was conducted by Loy Real Estate & Auction of Portland, IN on Saturday May 25, 2024. It was about a 65 mile drive for me to attend this auction. I generally try to arrive a couple hours early. So I can get a good parking spot as well as have plenty of time to look over what is being sold. This auction certainly didn't disappoint as there were lots of barn finds to pick from.
