This video is part two in the series of three and starts with an early morning rise where we have cleared our wild camp on the moors near Bel Tor. From here we march onwards to pass through the very small village of Ponsworthy having forded the stream. As we venture through the various small country roads we notice the ancient cross of Drywall which was originally a potential boundary marker for the old county of Devon. Next we are on part of the moors again, where we scale the Hameldown Tor and touch the trig point. As we descend the Tor into view we see the ancient settlement of Grimspound. Eventually, we begin to leave the moors behind but not before passing Bennett's Cross which is a stone cross acting as a trail marker from the 13th and 16th century.

Next we come across the magnificent buildings that constitute Holystreet Mill. More fields are traversed and minor roads are trod before we reach the Changford Swimming Pool. This pool was constructed by the local villagers more than a 100 years ago. It is an outdoor pool fed from local spring water.

We enter the Castle Drogo Estate and travel the high footpaths to eventually enter the village of Drewsteignton. When we leave the village we come across the IIMW Sculpture created by Peter Randall-Page which is a representation of the two haves of the walk which covers the two moors and the rolling countryside.

We spend a small amount of time in St Petrock church before stopping at the Utopian Brewery for take on more water as the temperature for walking is creating hydration stress. Eventually, we get to the village of Orchard Bishop where we purchase resupply items and indulge in a feast of food and drink to stiffen out resolve to walk the last few miles to our next wild camp in the nearby woods.
