Colouring Tutorial: Colour with Peta. Duck Pond, Part 4.

Описание к видео Colouring Tutorial: Colour with Peta. Duck Pond, Part 4.

Welcome to the forth installment of a five part series where I take you through my process for colouring in the duck pond picture in Johanna Basford's 'Enchanted Forest'. If you haven't seen the first installment I recommend you go to my YouTube channel and select part one. Over the coming weeks I'll add new videos demonstrating colouring this picture from start to finish. You will see how I go about choosing and testing colours and how I apply them to the page. Included is the frequently requested tutorial on how I colour backgrounds with pencils.

This week we will finish the remaining fish, the chest and the eel, the pond grass and the water. I oopsed with the eel and forgot to complete the tip of his tail poking through the skull eye socket. I'll finish it in the last video but go ahead and finish it yourself now.

Next week will see the bottom of the pond and the ivy and leaves completed and I'll show you how to add a bit of sparkle with a white gel pen. I recommend a Uni ball Signo white gel pen for this task.

If you have any comments or suggestions or questions please leave them in the comment section below so that I can refine these tutorials to best fit your needs.

If you enjoyed this video please give me a thumbs up.
