Happy Wednesday my loves!! The Copenhagen Diaries are finally back, and I couldn't be more excited to share more cozy vlogs with you! After coming home from traveling, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, so I thought I’d sit down and chat with you all about it... I decided to take myself on a little date in the city centre, enjoyed some “me time” and ended the night with some friends. On Sunday, Helgi and I had a very cozy and slow day, went for a walk and then I baked a "raw cake" with my new food processor, the recipe is below!
