Yoga With Adriene Dog Dancing Routine with Indy the Hovawart

This is how a morning yoga flow with a hovawart looks like! :)
Yoga is all about being in the moment and so is dog dancing (canine freestyle). I decided to unite my two passions in a routine inspired by "Yoga With Adriene".
‪@yogawithadriene‬ changed my life three years ago when I took part in the HOME 30-day yoga journey. I fell in love with "Find What Feels Good" immediately and I have been practicing on a regular basis ever since.
The beautiful music of the video is actually the theme song of the Home 30-day yoga journey that meant so much to me.
