O Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate! I turn to You from the depths of my heart. I know my weakness and acknowledge my helplessness. I confess that I am nothing without You, and I bow my head before You. O Lord who turns hearts! Illuminate my heart, send peace into my soul, and disperse the darkness within me. Protect me from the whispers of my ego and Satan. Keep me firm upon guidance with every step I take.
O my Lord! I know that I have not been a servant worthy of You; I fell into heedlessness, I forgot, I neglected. Yet You are the One who loves forgiveness the most, and I seek refuge in Your forgiveness. Forgive my sins, cover my mistakes, and surround me with Your mercy. Forgive my mother, my father, and my loved ones.
O my Lord! Make my provision lawful and blessed, grant contentment to my heart. Fill my heart not with the love of this world, but with Your love. Make me among those who are patient. Turn my hardships into relief, my fears into safety, and my tears into joy.
O my Lord! I trust only in You. I have come to Your door and raised my hands to the heavens. You are the One who gives to those who ask, who shows mercy to those who cry, who extends a hand to those who have fallen. I too seek refuge in You. Please do not turn me away empty-handed. Mend the fractures within me, calm the storms inside me. Grant peace to my heart, send tranquility to my soul.
O my Lord! Accept my prayers. Do not let me falter in the trials of this world. Keep me away from anything that distances me from You. Bring me together with righteous friends, and place righteousness within my heart.
O my Lord! Grant me to be a servant worthy of You, and an Ummah to Your Prophet. Do not separate me from Your straight path. Do not let my feet slip, do not let my heart deviate. Grant me patience, gratitude, and submission. Adorn my nights with worship and my days with goodness.
O my Lord! Teach me to value Your pleasure above all else. Keep away from me what is not good for me, and grant me what is good. Illuminate the paths that remain in darkness. Keep my hope alive. Please, my Allah, do not deprive me of Your mercy. Honor my face in this world and the Hereafter. Be my companion when I am alone in the grave. Gather me under the banner of our Prophet on the Day of Resurrection. Grant Paradise to me and my loved ones.
