SUP Yoga Dice Challenge Headstand or Clown

The final pose in our SUP 🏄‍♀️ Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️Challenge and I have left the hardest until last! Today we have Head Stand which I did not think 🧐 I would be able to do on my paddle board but I gave it a go. I went away and looked up substitutions for head stand and discovered clown pose 🤡 which I was really surprised that I could complete on land (I practiced first!). This time I got SUP Bloke🏄🏻‍♂️ to help steady the board so I wouldn't float off screen while filming 🎥 as I did in some of the other challenges 😳 and I was excited to see that I actually succeeded in doing clown pose on my paddle board! Having the board steadied may have helped and now that I have the confidence to try I will attempt it with the paddle board 'free flowing' but I feel like this was 👍🏽👍🏽 for me and it has encouraged me to work on my head stand - so stay tuned!!!
