Upgrade Your Royal Enfield Hunter 350 | How to Fit a 16 Tooth Gearbox Sprocket

This video shows step-by-step how to replace the standard 15 tooth gearbox sprocket with a 16 tooth sprocket on the Royal Enfield Hunter 350.

The video takes us through the stages of locking the rear wheel to aid the release of the extremely tight sprocket retaining nut, undoing the retaining nut and slackening the drive chain to enable the sprocket to be swapped. Once the replacement 16T sprocket is fitted the video shows how to resecure adjust the drive chain tension and again secure the rear wheel to enable the sprocket securing nut to be tightened to the the required torque setting. Finally I show my process for lubricating the drive chain.
