As described in another detailed video some types are atypical and give a tough time when attempting correction with casts.

They need a modified casting technique and stricter post-correction protocol.

It is important to understand casting done rightly gives wonderful results even in older kids.

Patient parent's determination, dedication, and consistency to protocol and treatment in addition to deformity-specific casting technique gives the best results.

This kid is one such example who had a 10-12 cast elsewhere. I gave a few casts to correct the deformity and later tenotomy. He is doing great now but protocol needs to be followed religiously.
