SITOR-B / NAVTEX Demo w. Arduino

Demonstration of my CCIR476 library for Arduino. The sample sketch generates NAVTEX messages with prober synchronization, CCIR476 coded symbols and packs them in a SITOR B format with proper forward error detection.
