Just let me check...😆 | Adventure READY Walmart Shop With Me & Cooking Y'all!

Today we're going to Walmart to check out some school supplies and to get ready for adventure! 😆 Titus is also hoping to see Fall items popping up everywhere, but there are none. 😂 We were hoping to go to the river for a little fishing and cooking, but plans are changed when a thunderstorm comes out of nowhere! Even though the skies are almost black I must check to see if it will pass soon in hopes that we can still go to the river, but nope, rain and more rain continued to fall... 😂 So we made bean burritos at home instead!

Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe:
2 cups self rising flour
6 TB unsalted butter (cold)
1to 2 cups buttermilk, NOTE: You may need more or less depending on the thickness of your buttermilk.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand, using a little flour to keep it from sticking to your hands too much. Pinch of pieces a little bigger than a golf ball and roll into ball shape. Pat in extra flour and press slightly onto baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until bottoms of biscuits are browned. Brown the tops and spread with butter!
