The first time I ever did this it took me 45 minutes and I was using a Sumitomo FTA-02. Today, I can do it in under 2 minutes with nothing but my nimble fingers, a light touch, 2 foam cubes and a tube of glue. This was my first ribbonizing in over 7 years. Once you've got it.... :)
Apologies for the camera angle and poor framing and focus. My phone was in my pocket. Also for the audio. We are working in a telecom tent to keep the wind and rain off, but it does nothing to stop the street and in this case, overhead train noise from being right in our faces/ears.
