This 30-day home workout will make your kids say goodbye to weak arms!!

With just 15 minutes a day, done regularly, the little ones will be able to strengthen their arms in 30 days. This routine aims to exercise the upper body, especially the arms, using a combination of traditional and other playful exercises in which kids will have lots of fun while strengthening their arms. The workout features simple stretch routines for the arms, followed by standing exercises, dynamic movements, and exercises on the mat that use the arms as a support, strengthening them and helping kids gain more mass in this area. The mat exercises will be done in two sets.
