In this lecture, EKG is going to summarise the liver metabolism of carbohydrates, amino acids, and lipids. We're going to break down the big picture by connecting the 3 main sources of fuel (glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids) and the various fates they can take in the liver. We're going to look at catabolic reactions and anabolic reactions.
