All I wanted was to spend my VMP Credit, that is all I wanted to do. Why was it soooo hard to do? Why did i have to go to Redit on line to find out how to do it? Why couldnt i talk with a live person instead of some chat bot? It was such a frustrating experience that makes me question why am i still subscribed to VMP.
