Curryleaves
Fennel seeds- 1/4 tbs
Onion-1cup
murunga leaf - 1cup
Mix
Add required water
Batter is ready

2. PARUPPU ADAI
Toor dal 1/2 cup
Channa dal 1 cup
Rice 1/2cup
Moong dal 1/4cup
Soaked overnight
Grind it
Keep aside

Ginger
Garlic
Cinnamon
Fennal seeds
Soaked red chilly
Grind it

Required Salt
Fennal seeds
Onion 1 cup
Curry leaves
Turmetic powder
Mix well

3. PESARATTU/MOONG DAL DOSA
Overnight soaked moong dal
green chilly
Ginger
CUMIN SEEDS
grind it
Add required salt
mix it well
