Same strategy applies to fighting cat and peek. Of course, use your EX, einherjar, and dragonblood skills since those battles will drag on longer. Peek in particular may take quite a few attempts to defeat since they have many dracs and shines—there’s a lot of luck involved and you just have to get a miracle run where the dracs don’t proc and one-shot you.
