it's been about a year since I changed out my cabin air filter. The first one was charcoal activated and did a good job, found a new one on Amazon that is hepa and carbon activated, I can totally tell the air just seems much more fresh, I usually always drive with the air on and set to inside cabin filter, so the air in the cab gets filtered all the time, also 95% of my driving is freeway and at night, so I change my filter about 1 time per year, hope this vid helps and you liked it.
