This is a Reading utility stove I've owned and operated for several years. This is possibly the last year I use it because of coal prices and availability in MI. Nice blue flames and good heat. I'm side venting w/o an additional blower for exhaust. I've swapped out the combustion blower and heat blower with Dayton electrical motors. The heat blower is oversized by about 400cfm and mounted horizontally apposed to the vertical oem. The combustion blower is also oversized however it does not need to be, it was due to availability when the old one failed. It's ran at about 50 percent of power and is also blocked at the intake by 75 percent other wise I'm blowing heat out of the chimney. The feed motor is 2.5rpm off a Harmon stove that is running at about 75 percent. I'd slow it down more but the motor is weak and 5 years old and it will stall. I estimate 60 percent would give me a better burn and less clinkers. I have a new motor but it will take some adapting because it has a bigger housing and is counter clockwise rotation. Rotation doesn't matter on this stove, there is no screw only a sliding feed gate.
