👨‍🍳 Serves: 2 hearty portions

🥑 Guacamole (Creamy & Zesty!)
1 ripe avocado

½ chopped onion

½ chopped tomato

1 chopped green chilli

Salt to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

➡️ Mash avocado, then gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Keep it chunky or smooth — your call!

🥗 Salsa Salad (Crunchy & Fresh!)
1 cup chopped lettuce

½ chopped onion

½ chopped tomato

½ cup sweet corn

1 chopped green chilli

Salt and lemon juice to taste

➡️ Mix all ingredients for a refreshing, tangy crunch with every bite.

🌶️ Veg Fajitas (Spicy & Smoky!)
100g chopped paneer

½ red and yellow capsicum

½ sliced onion

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp cumin seeds

Fajita Spice Mix:

Red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt

➡️ Sauté cumin seeds and garlic in oil. Add onions and capsicum — cook till slightly charred but crunchy. Add paneer and fajita spice mix, cook for 5–6 minutes till flavors coat everything beautifully.

🫘 Refried Beans (Hearty & Spiced)
1 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)

½ finely chopped onion

½ chopped tomato

2 tsp ketchup

1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Spices:

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

➡️ In hot oil, sauté onions and tomatoes until soft. Add beans, spices, and a splash of water. Let it simmer. Finish with ketchup and red chilli powder — mash slightly to thicken and intensify the flavor.

🍽️ How to Assemble the Bowl:
Start with a generous layer of herbed rice or plain steamed rice.

Spoon on the refried beans to form the hearty base.

Add a colorful scoop of fajita-style paneer and veggies.

Layer on the salsa salad and a dollop of guacamole.
