Now one of the biggest points of discussion among wrestling fans following Saturday Night's Main Event, was the commentary from wrestling legend Jesse Ventura during the Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest steel cage match, because it seemed as though Jesse was legitimately infuriated with the way the steel cage match between Priest and McIntyre concluded. As most of you are likely aware, Damian Priest won the match by simply walking out the door of the steel cage, and this is what set Jesse Ventura off, with Jesse going on a tirade about how ridiculous it was for Priest to be able to win a steel cage match in that fashion, by simply walking out the door. Judging by fans reactions on social media, it seems the community is split, with some agreeing with Jesse Ventura's take that it was a weak way to conclude what was otherwise an awesome steel cage match between Priest and McIntyre, whereas others have essentially been calling for WWE to fire Jesse Ventura for his unprofessional conduct on commentary, as he wouldn't drop it when Michael Cole and Pat McAfee were clearly trying to move on and change the subject, with some believing that Jesse's commentary did no favors for Damian Priest and made him look bad. Now while nothing has officially been reported yet, we wouldn't at all be surprised if Triple H got upset backstage after hearing Jesse Ventura essentially go off script and attempted to derail the match finish that WWE creative obviously had planned out (WWE Hindi India Explained), and there's no doubt that it's unlikely that Jesse Ventura will be back commentating any further matches in WWE. Whether fans agree with Jesse's points about the way the steel cage match ended or not, WWE likely isn't happy about Jesse lashing out like that live on air and blatantly calling out the company for their booking. Not surprisingly, Jesse Ventura's tirade at Saturday Night's Main Event went viral on social media, but it may very well be the last time we see or hear from Jesse at these shows moving forward.
