Downwind Sailing - How To Pole Out The Jib

When you're sailing downwind, or with the wind pushing the boat forward, it's possible to use a pole to hold out the jib or genoa - especially when the wind is very light. In this video, we show you how to sail wing-on-wing poling out the jib to one side and the mainsail opened on the other.
